“Lacasa Abogados, Palacios & Partners” is a collective office with headquarters in Zaragoza that carries out its activity in all the areas of law related to business.

For this we have a team comprised of specialized lawyers; this allows us to give legal coverage to practically all the legal needs of companies, without relinquishing giving advice to natural persons on subjects and business related to their assets, and the defence of our clients in Court.

“Lacasa Abogados, Palacios & Partners” is a medium-sized law firm on the national level and the largest of Aragon (twenty-eight professionals at present), that is structured organizationally in three departments: Legal, Tax and Labour.  
The profile that characterizes our professionals is that of jurists with a great capacity for work, prepared for a precise application of the legal science and technique.
Unlike the large-sized offices with great rotation and mobility among different offices, our condition as a local firm allows us to assign our professionals the responsibility of tending certain clients permanently. In this way we avoid our clients being obliged to constantly change the lawyer they deal with as a consequence of the rotation of professionals that characterizes the large firms.

Our territorial area of action is unlimited. Thanks to the technological advances experienced in recent years in the field of telecommunications, and our availability to travel, from our offices in Zaragoza we give coverage to clients and matters located any place in Spain and in foreign countries. In fact, in the last thirty years we have advised our clients in many countries, having negotiated contracts and carried out operations in France, Germany, Italy, Greece, United Kingdom, Belgium, Switzerland, Portugal, United States, Canada, Brazil, Colombia, Puerto Rico, Mexico, Costa Rica, Venezuela, Peru, Uruguay, Argentina, Chile, Japan, China and Russia.

Our fees are moderated according to the work invested in each case, its complexity, the added value that we contribute and its economic importance, avoiding any disproportionality between the cost that our intervention has for the client and its result.  
In summary, we are a modern firm that bases its philosophy on the solid professional training and ethics of its members, on work well done and on serious attention to the needs of our clients and understanding of them.

The majority of the members of our team can work professionally in English, which allows us to have among our clients different multinational companies, whether these companies are foreign with subsidiaries in Spain or Spanish companies with presence outside our borders, and we provide legal assistance in operations of acquisitions of Spanish companies by foreign companies or vice versa. As well as in English, we can work with clients and matters in French, German, Italian and Portuguese.
